Praying in general has been
scientifically and socially proven to ease stress, create a positive
outlook, give clear insight, and to prove clarity in states of
confusion. These are just a few benefits of this powerful mode of
communicating through the VOICE of your soul.
Saying grace before
indulging in your meals will calm your spirit and provide focus for
a productive intake. Prayer may also allow you to see food as a
privileged necessity that has nothing to do with what you like or
want, as many people all over the world are barely
getting enough food to simply stay alive. Taste and cravings
have been eaten away by the struggle to NOT STARVE to DEATH. Only at
this revelation do you realize that training your palette to eat
healthier foods is not going to kill you as quickly as that
burger, french fries, and large high fructose containing drink. More
importantly, I can attest after living on the floor of the
Amazon Rainforest for 12 days that water in vital to
life. Yes, that essential element that we take for
granted is highly too contaminated to bathe with in some
other countries. I guarantee that if water was the only thing
you had to drink and even it was rationed to you,
your respect and appreciation for this life line of grace
imported from the heavens would become priority one. Been there,

What you eat is as equally
important as working out. I have seen it over and over again; two
clients, same workout, two different eating habits/patterns, two
